Artessa Hometech provides interior design and home renovation services including but not limited to Home Interiors & Renovation, Modular Kitchen & Wardrobes, 2D/3D Design Layout, Architectural Planning, and Residential/Commercial Exterior design. All services are subject to availability and geographical coverage (primarily Bhopal, Indore, and other cities in Madhya Pradesh).
3. Consultation & Quotation
- Free consultations are offered at our discretion and do not constitute a binding agreement.
- Quotations provided are estimates based on initial discussions and are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
- Final pricing may vary based on material selection, design changes, site conditions, and scope modifications.
- All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR/₹) and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless mentioned otherwise.
4. Project Engagement
- A formal agreement or work order will be signed before commencement of any project.
- An advance payment (as specified in the agreement) is required to initiate the project.
- Project timelines are estimates and may be subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances, material availability, or client-requested modifications.
- Any design revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur additional charges.
5. Intellectual Property
All designs, 2D/3D layouts, mood boards, presentations, and creative work produced by Artessa Hometech remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of our designs is prohibited.
6. Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information about the project site, requirements, and budget.
- Ensure timely access to the project site for measurements, installations, and inspections.
- Make payments as per the agreed payment schedule.
- Communicate any changes or concerns promptly to avoid project delays.
7. Payment Terms
- Payment schedules will be outlined in the project agreement.
- Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, UPI, and cheque.
- Delayed payments may result in project suspension and applicable late fees.
- Refund policies will be specified in individual project agreements.
8. Warranty & After-Sales
Warranty terms for materials and workmanship will be specified in the project agreement. Artessa Hometech provides after-sales support for defects in workmanship as per the warranty period. Normal wear and tear, misuse, or damage caused by the client are not covered under warranty.
9. Limitation of Liability
Artessa Hometech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.
